Individual Art Therapy (ongoing)

Service Description

After you have completed the 'initial 90 minute consultation' this is the 60 minute regular Art Therapy session booking. It is suggested that a minimum of six sessions are booked weekly or fortnightly to support your initial process. After the first six sessions some time will be made to review your needs. Some individuals may find six sessions is enough, others may spend a year or more in therapy. Your health and wellbeing is at the forefront of this discussion process.
